3. How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

  • Estimated Delivery (United States): 4–15 business days

  • Estimated Delivery (Canada): 4–11 business days

Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal factors.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

We offer flat-rate shipping fees for all orders:

  • United States: $8.99 USD

  • Canada: CAD $19.99

Shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.


9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it.

Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
